Answer: On Surfline Happy Hour, customers enjoy 50GB data fora whole hour for GHc5 only.
2. When will the offer be available for purchase?
Answer: This pack will be available for purchase only on Surfline anniversary day i.e. 27th August, 2019.
3. Do I need to have a bundle before I purchase the Happy Hour pack?
Answer: No. You can purchase the Happy Hour pack as a standalone bundle – in which case it will be the only active bundle on your account.However, you can also purchase this bundle in addition to an existing regular/main bundle. In this scenario, you will be charged first from the Happy Hour pack before any other bundle is charged.
N.B. Customers cannot purchase this bundle in addition to an unlimited bundle.
4. Can customers on your old offer – Wowerful and Surfprise also enjoy this offer?
Answer: Yes. All Customers on the “SURF bundles” (old offer) on purchase of the pack will be migrated to the SURFplus bundles and once migrated,all rights and benefits under the SURF bundle is extinguished and cannot be reversed or restored.
5. Where can I purchase the Happy Hour pack?
Answer: You can purchase the pack from any of our sales channel i.e. Shops, MySurfline (self-care portal), USSD and E-partner platforms.
6. Is the Happy Hour same as the Weekend Vibes?
Answer: No. The Happy Hour goes for Ghc5 and will be available only on Surfline anniversary day 27th August, 2019 whereas the Weekend Vibes is available only on weekends.
7. What is the validity of this pack?
Answer: The Happy Hour pack is valid for one (1) hour from the time of purchase.
8. Can I gift part or all of this bundle out to another subscriber?
Answer: Part or all of the bundle data volume allocated cannot be shared or gifted to another customer.
9. Will unused data on this bundle rollover?
Answer: Unused data on the Happy Hour pack will not roll over.
10. Can I make multiple purchases?
Answer: Yes, you can make multiple purchases at any point in time.However, the validity of the last bundle purchased will take precedence over the old validity.
