THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT APPLY TO ANY PERSON WHO PURCHASES AND/OR USES THE EXTENSION BUNDLES. BY PURCHASING AND/OR USING ANY OF THE EXTENSION BUNDLES YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN SURFLINE’S EXTENSION BUNDLES.
Introduction
- The Extension Bundle is an add-on for customers who reach their daily/monthly data allocations before the bundle expiration and would want to continue browsing on the regular speed till the end of their bundle validity.
Eligibility
- All existing and new consumer customers on the new prepaid service class who purchase the Unlimited bundle are eligible for the Extension Bundles.
- Customers on the AlwaysOn, AlwaysOn group and the SME plans are also eligible for the Extension Bundles
- Business service class accounts are exempted from the new bundles.
Bundle Mechanics
- Unlimited customers who reach the 240GB threshold before the bundle expiry or AlwaysOn customers (including Unlimited, AlwaysOn group and SME) who reach their daily data threshold will have the option to either purchase any of the Extension Bundles to continue browsing at the normal speed.
- In the scenarios where a customer chooses none of the extension bundles, he or she would continue to browse at the reduced speed.
- SMS notification on the above is automatically sent as soon as customer reach the daily/monthly volume cap.
- The Extension Bundles for comes with two offers, namely;
- The Lite Boost at Ghc10 with no limitation on speed and volume valid for 1 day
- The Turbo Boost at Ghc50 with no limitation on speed and volume valid for 7 days
- The Lite Boost lasts for the reminder of the day until the daily threshold is reset at midnight.
- The Lite Boost is available to customers on the AlwaysOn, AlwaysOn group, SME and Unlimited plans
- The Turbo Boost is only available to customers on the Unlimited bundles.
Usage
- Extension Bundles plans has usage priority over the reduce speed.
- Extension Bundles plans has usage priority over any bonus data.
Purchase Channels
- The Extension Bundles is available for purchase on all our sales channels.
Variation of Terms and Conditions
- Surfline reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. Any of such amendments takes immediate effect and by virtue of your continuous visit to this website you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
