Answer: Ghc365 for a new MiFi with 6months warranty plus a whooping 100GB free data valid for 30 days.
3. Would it be cheaper for me to just buy a new device and sim?
Ans: The cost of the same MiFi for customers not eligible for San Bra fie is Ghc385 which comes with 30GB promotional data and additional 30GB spread across 5 months period. So, in a nutshell, you will pay less and get more on the San Bra fie offer.
4. Can one still benefit from the San Bra fie offer if my MiFi gets faulty within warranty period?
Answer: No please, since you are within the warranty period, your faulty device will be replaced for you at no cost hence you cannot benefit from the offer.
5. Is one required to present the defective MiFi when coming to activate the San Bra fie offer?
Answer: No, one does not need to bring the defective MiFi, all that is required is the customer’s old Surfline number.
6. Does the 100GB data expire?
Answer: No. the 100GB data does not expire hence you can rollover any unused data on your next purchase.
7. Does it mean I can buy any bundle to rollover the remainder of my 100GB data?
Answer: No, you are required to purchase a minimum of 7GB and above All weather bundle to rollover your remaining 100GB data.
8. Can one purchase the Unlimited bundle or Unlimited Night to rollover the remaining 100GB?
Answer: No, the remaining 100GB can only be rollover with a minimum of 7GB regular bundle.
9. Will I forfeit my remaining 100GB data should I purchase lesser than the minimum required 7GB?
Answer: No, you will have the opportunity to rollover the remaining 100GB on your next purchase provided you go will the minimum required bundle to rollover.
10. Can I share my 100GB with other Surfline users?
Answer: Yes, you can share your 100GB with other Surfline users provided they are also on the New prepaid service class.
