Ans: The Big Mood bundles are timed bundles with either cap or uncapped data volume curated for specific contents.
2. How many bundles are listed under the Big Mood bundles?
Ans: Currently, there are four (4) types of Big Mood bundles. The Binge Xtra, Zoom ‘n’ More, Work Streak and After Hours.
3. What are the differences in these various types?
Ans: The Binge Xtra is for streaming video content on Netflix, Prime Video, Apple Movies, etc. Zoom ‘n’ More is best suited for meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc. The Work Streak is suited for professionals who are very mobile and need reliable, fast connectivity on the go to complete data heavy tasks within specific times of the days like Freelancers, blogger, Vloggers, etc. Finally, the After Hours gives users complete UNLIMITED BROWSING from 12midnight to 6am.
4. Can I have the Big mood bundle alone?
Ans: Yes, you can either purchase the Big Mood bundle alone or have it alongside any capped All-weather bundle.
5. Can I buy all the Big Mood bundles at the same time?
Ans: Yes, you can. Note however that because you are not restricted to what you can do with the bundles, whichever one you bought first would be charged first. In addition, each bundle whether it has been used or not, will expire when its validity is due.
6. What happens when a customer with an active Unlimited bundle buys the Big Mood bundle?
Ans: Such customer can only purchase the Big Mood bundle upon reaching the allocated threshold. And a successful purchase cancels the Unlimited plan hence customer cannot revert to the throttled speed when the Big Mood bundle expires or is exhausted.
7. Can I have the After Hours bundle alongside any other Big Mood bundle?
Ans: Yes. However, The After-Hours bundle can only be accessed between the hours of 12am-6am.
8. Can customers on the AlwaysOn or Pay Weekly purchase the Big Mood bundle?
Ans: No, customers on the AlwaysOn and Pay Weekly are on different plan and so are ineligible to purchase any of the Big Mood bundles. Customers who would want to buy should first change their plans to any of the All Weather bundles to be eligible to buy the Big Mood bundles. 9. Can I buy any of the Big Mood bundles multiple times?
Ans: Yes, the Big Mood bundles can be purchased multiple times.
10. Can I buy or purchase any of the Big Mood bundles to roll over my remaining Big Mood bundle which is yet to expire?
Ans: To roll over Big Mood bundle, customer needs to purchase the same bundle type as the one he/she wants to rollover.
11. Can I rollover any of the Big Mood bundle with the After Hour bundle?
Ans: No, the After Hour bundle cannot rollover any of the bundles and neither can it be rolled over.
12. Can I purchase any of the uncapped All weather bundles to roll over a Big Mood bundle?
Ans: No, all weather bundles cannot roll over a Big Mood bundle.
13. Can I roll over my capped All weather bundle with a Big mood bundle?
Ans: Yes, remaining capped All-weather bundle with expired validity can be rolled over with any of the Big mood bundles except the After Hours
14. Can I share or gift my Big Mood bundle?
Ans: No, Big Mood bundles cannot be gifted and cannot be shared.
