The Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
The role holder shall achieve superior customer engagement and relationship, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. He / She is also responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
The role holder shall be responsible for managing Surfline’s website, from lay out to function in accordance with the company’s specification/brand. He / She shall be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing content that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
The Creative Officer’s primary focus will be on developing Digital Marketing materials for the Surfline Brand. He / She will work closely with the Commercial team in areas of marketing and advertising to create various materials, such as product labels, brochures etc. which provide information about a company's offerings.
The role holder shall also be responsible for creating campaigns and preparing pitches from concept to final product.
