Answer: Yes. Customers can still browse for the remainder of the day upon exhausting their daily threshold once they buy an extension bundle also known as a booster bundle.
5. What can I do with the Extension or booster bundle
Answer: The extension or booster bundle gives you continues access to the internet even after exhausting your daily bundle with no limit on speed and volume up until midnight when your normal daily allocation kicks in.
6. What time will my daily threshold allocations be made?
Answer: The reset of the daily threshold occurs at midnight 00:00am each day.
7. Who can purchase the Big Xtra bundles?
Answer: All new customers on the Big Xtra service class as well as existing customers who migrate to the same service class.
8. What happens to the remaining data I had on the old plan upon successful migration to the Big Xtra service class?
Answer: Customers are advised to exhaust all of their data buckets on the old plans before migrating to the Big Xtra service class, successful migration implies forfeiting of the remaining data and all others benefits associated with the old plans.
9. Can I revert to my old plan after migrating to the Big Xtra plan?
Answer: Yes. Customers can revert to their old plans after 30 days by which time their Big Xtra bundle had expired.
10. What is the validity of the Big Xtra bundle?
Answer: The Big Xtra bundle is valid for 30 days.
