Answer: The AlwaysOn are new packages introduced to give customers an all-round unrestricted internet access all month long.
2. How many packs are available under the AlwaysOn?
Answer: 3, namely Standard, Super and Ultra.
3. What differentiate the 3 AlwaysOn packs?
Answer: The difference in the various packs has to do with the daily threshold allocations, that is 10GB for the standard, 15GB for Super and 20GB for Ultra
4. Can I still browse after exhausting my daily allocation?
Answer: Yes. Customers can still browse at a throttled speed of up to 1Mbps for the remainder of the day upon exhausting their daily threshold.
5. Can I rollover or transfer my daily allocation?
Answer: No. The AlwaysOn bundles cannot either be rolled over or transferred.
6. What time will my daily threshold allocations be made?
Answer: The reset of the daily threshold occurs at midnight 00:00am each day.
7. Who can purchase the AlwaysOn bundles?
Answer: All new customers on the AlwaysOn service class as well as existing customers who migrate to the same service class.
8. What happens to the remaining data I had on the old plan upon successful migration to the AlwaysOn service class?
Answer: Customers are advised to exhaust all of their data buckets on the old plans before migrating to the AlwaysOn service class, successful migration implies forfeiting of the remaining data and all others benefits associated with the old plans.
9. Can I revert to my old plan after migrating to the AlwaysOn plan?
Answer: Yes. Customers can revert to their old plans after 30 days by which time their AlwaysOn bundle had expired.
10. What is the validity of the AlwaysOn bundle?
Answer: The AlwaysOn bundle is valid for 30 days.
